Scott’s brilliance lies in his keen eye for detail, his drive to get it right the first time and his desire to help clients move towards more inclusive lives where unlimited creativity can be unleashed.

Known for the last 20 years as a true activist for inclusive and diverse leadership, BJ Davis has led teams around the globe in creative mining. Her background as a lead challenge course facilitator for 9 years coupled with over 3,000 program hours helping teams understand their strengths and weaknesses has landed her as a popular speaker facilitator for programs that evoke self-evaluation and growth in both personal and professional realms.

From videography to pre-production, Sydney is our “go to” person for all things fun, creative and postable. She is able to move a general concept into a manageable,visual manifestation right before our eyes! Lending her great eye for details and working through conversation with our team, she has been able to create some much needed “face-lifts” to our website and social media campaigns.

Whether it’s organizing a program, screenwriting, penning a novel or a short story, or writing lyrics, Ann is known for her versatile skills. Since 2015 she has been a part of the BJD Leadership’s team in different capacities. She is a true whiz at pulling together last minute details for our programs and making them run smoothly. We are forever grateful for her bendability, warm smile and the “team spirit “she brings to every program she’s involved with.

Accomplished Non-Profit Executive and Professional Coach, Barron has an extensive knowledge in leadership development, volunteerism, recruitment, philanthropy, partnership, and business development. Featured in several magazines as well as a special guest on TV, and radio shows discussing topics related to youth development, travel, business, and philanthropy, Barron is an all-around great guy!

Winner of the Laureate Brazil Social Entrepreneur Award in 2020, Diogo is an extraordinary social entrepreneur. Partnering with him through the YLAI, Young Latin America Initiative, which is one of the flagship programs through the state department, Diogo quickly became a wonderful resource for BJD Leadership on how to gain momentum for our message online. Diogo is the Brazil Shark Tank Winner for 2021, and is helping change the opportunities for people all over Brazil with his 4Way online English language school.

We were gifted, in 2021, to be paired up with one of the brightest, most well-thought-out business leaders we’ve come in contact with in a long time. As part of the YLAI, Young Latin America Initiative, Andrien helped BJ Davis publish a collaborative bi-lingual children’s book, Girls Like Me. They continue to work together on other projects to help empower women in both the USA and Venezuela.

Boasting incredible energy and will-power to push through and talk about the hard subjects, Pablo has a vision for bringing more inclusivity to some of Mexico’s most challenging communities. A human-rights activist and peace-keeper, Pablo’s new launch program, The Paz Factory Project is building momentum both on college campuses and in private business institutes. BJD Leadership is proud to be a part of The Paz Factory Project and we can’t wait to see what the coming years holds for this on-going partnership.

Elizabeta, who we fondly call Liza, came to us through a fellowship with the RBL (Russian Business Leaders) program. Charming, focused, honest and outspoken, she single handedly turned the tides of our Facebook page around. Highly intelligent and eager to learn, Liza formed a women’s business group, Ladies with Scramble, that fosters and promotes the best business practices between professional women in Moscow and the surrounding areas. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with Liza on a global virtual initiative with women in the USA and Russia that is based on Rachel Hollis’s book, Girl, Stop Apologizing.
